Technical Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I received a runtime error, what do I do?
A: E-mail support@wishrealm.com and describe what you were doing
when the error occured and give as many details as possible, including
your system specifications (Operating system, RAM, haddrive etc)

and we will work with you to help you correct the problem.

Q: Do I have to download the client to play?
A:Yes, you will have to have the client installed on your harddrive
for it to work.

Q: I found a bug! What do I do?
A:Report the bug immediately to support@wishrealm.com .

Q: I get "State error trying to get files" when patching, whats wrong?
A:Your firewall or live scanner are blocking you from downloading
the patches, please turn off these programs temporarily while patching.
